Maren Mickeler

I am an Assistant Professor of Strategy at ESSEC Business School. My research focuses on understanding what drives employees to collaborate and share knowledge with others in organizations.
Using experiments and data-driven methods, I explore what enables effective teamwork and identify barriers that limit collaboration. I further investigate how firms can leverage technology to manage teams, stimulate innovation, and enhance overall performance.
